  Rang up about a keyboard synthesizer... was quoted 200 pounds over the phone because it was selling for over 400... guy checked with manager... quickly confirmed everything before i left. Only to be presented by two con artists... ended up being told they would give me 75 as the manager had changed his mind... "all kinds of reasons given" asked the guy i spoke to and he was pissed off and getting told off for telling me too much.. he said to me its worth 400 hundred and the manager confirmed it.. there is no reason why they are only offering you 75 pounds.... he storms off pissed off and im left talking to the assistant manager who tries to tell me that they are not allowed to give quotes over the phone and now all of the sudden wont buy it.... they keyboard is on sale for 350 on ebay now...while this was going on i also watched people selling under the counter goods here... dodgy dvd's or something... they seemed very coy when i pulled them up on this. Two staff members i dealt with that started all this by underquoting me while smirking and knowing full well that they had changed there minds thinking they could con me. Their names are: Loakeim demourtsidis Alex holeoleo Assistant manager that doesn't speak good english and tries to baffle u by saying the same illiterate sentences again again... i hate leaving complaints but these guys made me want to call the police... i have never been treated like this by any cash converters or any other establishment... need less to say i will never use this shop :( assistant manager name...suman
