Worst service ever. I’m genuinely upset. My friend and I went to this store to get something ingraved, they kept up hanging for weeks, then the day we were meant to pick up, we call and they tell us to come pick it up. Turns out that was a lie, they never completed the job!! Something about their printer being broken. Well, tell us about this weeks ago rather than the day we are meant to pick it up! We were unable to go to another store to get the wallet ingraved as it was the day before a friends birthday, so it was a waste. Not to mention they were extremely rude, shouted at us and ignored us for half an hour in the store, just chatting with each other in their own language. These sorts of experiences really make you wonder how they even have a business going.
